Shipping, Returns, Etc.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package including the box, the requested shipping speed and the distance of travel.

Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value or quantity of the items in the order.

A handling charge will be applied to international packages. We do not charge any handling fees on domestically destined packages (US or APO/FPO addresses).

If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply place the item(s) in your cart and click on Estimate Shipping. Your shipping charges will be calculated based on the address information you provide.


Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (First Class) - USPS Estimated Shipping Time: 2-5 business days.
  • Parcel Post Shipping - USPS Estimated Shipping Time: 4-7 business days.
  • Express Mail Shipping - USPS Estimated Shipping Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Priority Mail Shipping - USPS Estimated Shipping Time: 2-3 business days.
  • International - For all Canada, UK, Australia, etc. orders. USPS Estimated Shipping Time: 5-25 business days
  • Downloadable - For orders containing only downloadable products. Instant delivery to your computer.


Due to security alerts, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. USPS will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates; therefore, we are unable to guarantee them as well. But, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction and will always use the best method(s) we can to reduce shipping costs for you.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the postal service directly. Please notify us immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, and take a picture of the damaged product and all packing materials, if possible..

*** PLEASE NOTE: Because the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact us if your package does not arrive within 60 days.

Processing Times

It generally takes between 1 and 2 business days from the time your order is received for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. We will notify you within one business day of your order being placed if there will a delay in processing your order.

Returns

We have a 45 day, Money Back Guarantee! If you are unhappy with any shipped product you receive, you may return them, undamaged, within 45 days from the day they were shipped, and we will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling. We encourage you to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 45-day, refund policy. Time2Scrapbook.com will be unable to issue any type of refund after the 45-days has expired.

To qualify for the refund, please ship the product back to Time2Scrapbook.com so that it is received within the 45 day window, packed in the original packaging. (i.e. unopened, unused, and/or undamaged merchandise). Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately.

If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, refund your return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

We apologize, but there are no returns allowed for downloaded products unless the product file is damaged at the time of download.

Backorders / Out of Stock Items

If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, we will contact you via email to see if you would like to wait for the product to be available or if you would like a refund back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
